Ordering help

1. Create/access your VetClick account
   
   To order from our website, you must first register with VetClick.
   Registration is FREE and only takes a minute. Once we receive your registration application, your details will be verified and you will be e-mailed a confirmation of your registration and login details within 48 hours of your application.
   Product prices and the ability to add items to your shopping basket are only visible once you've logged in as a verified user.
   As a registered user, your practice information will be saved so that next time you shop, all your delivery details will be filled in for you.

2. Find a product
   
   After you've logged in successfully, look for products that you want to order. Type a keyword in the search box on the left hand side of each page or browse the product range by clicking on the different product group links.



3. Read all about it
   
   Read up about the product you have selected. Check it's use, price and pack size.



4. Select it
   
   Click the "Add" link to add the item to your shopping basket. If you change your mind about the product, you can always remove it later. A page will load displaying all the items currently in your shopping basket. You can select more products if you like by clicking on the "Click here to add more products to your order, and save MORE money" link, or if you're ready to check out, click the "Go to checkout" link.



5. Double-check the current items in your basket
   
   Double-check your shopping basket contents one last time and continue to the checkout page.



6. Make your purchase
   
   Check your order details. Double-check your delivery details. If you need to enter a different delivery address, enter the new details in the space provided. Click the "Submit Order" button to complete your transaction.



7. Payment
   
   You will be invoiced by Safavet directly for your orders made via the VetClick website.
   Orders will be delivered by Safavet within 3-4 working days and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Safavet will be happy to charge your order to a 30 day credit account or alternatively, accept credit card payments: Mastercard, Visa and debit cards Switch & Solo.



8. Confirmation
   
   We'll send you an e-mail confirming your order. This will list the products you have ordered, their price breakdowns, delivery charge, an order number and all the details you will need in case you need to contact us regarding your order.



9. UK delivery information and costs
   
   Delivery is FREE for all orders, except where there are refrigerated items. In this case, there is a one-off charge of £ 7.50. Orders will be delivered by Safavet within 3-4 working days.



10. Returns policy
    
    Goods returned to the Seller for service and/or calibration will be accepted only if accompanied by a Safety Compliance Declaration signed on behalf of the Buyer. Where appropriate equipment should be sterilised by an approved method. Goods must be returned carriage paid and remain, except whilst on the Seller's premises, at the Buyer's risk.



11. International orders
    
    We are not accepting orders from outside of the UK at this time.
    We may do so in the future.
