Through a deep dive into the fundamentals of leadership, participants will cultivate successful leadership styles that not only enhance team performance but also prioritise team wellbeing.
Each delegate will have the opportunity to explore their own leadership style and gain insight into overcoming common challenges experienced when leading veterinary teams. The course offers a comprehensive exploration of leadership and includes culture, teamwork, communication, and personal empowerment, all tailored to the unique context of the veterinary profession.

Creating teams and curating culture - how can we enhance our teams to deliver exceptional patient care?
