Our exclusive clients, a leading innovator in the animal nutrition industry have an opportunity for an experienced Formulator, to joing their team in shaping the products of this outstanding brand.
This role would be an excellent opportunity for a passionate, knowledgeable individual with a strong science-based background to become an integral part of their supportive and successful team.
This role will see you:
- Lead the formulation process from initial concept to successful production scale-up
- Ensure the products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements
- Drive product portfolio expansion and improvement
- Stay ahead of market trends by monitoring industry developments, emerging technologies and advancements in raw materials
- Collaborate with a dynamic and skilled team, passionate about delivering innovative solutions to the agricultural industry
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Nutrition Agriculture or a related field
- Solid expertise in formulation science with hands-on experience in scale-up and technical problem-solving
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Experience working with formulation software
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail
- AMTRA qualification (preferred, not essential)
