You'll be responsible for managing a territory across South-West England and Wales, where you'll take the lead in planning and managing your own sales schedule. We’re seeking a motivated self-starter with the drive to independently manage your territory and contribute to company's continued rapid growth—offering exciting opportunities for future career development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take charge of your sales territory, using proactive sales techniques to uncover and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer practices to anticipate needs and nurture existing partnerships.
- Manage your call cycle efficiently—typically planning 6 weeks in advance.
- Stay connected to industry trends by attending meetings, training sessions, and events.
- Train veterinary professionals on best practices for using our equipment.
- Assist with organizing and delivering wet lab training sessions within your territory.
- Oversee the sales process from initial lead generation to quotes and invoicing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in equipment sales, ideally in veterinary, human medicine, or dental. Similar backgrounds will be considered.
- Willingness to travel across the full territory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, sales-driven, and proactive.
- A clinical background is a plus but not required.
