About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Veterinarians and Veterinary Nurses to join our growing team. This is a freelance, flexible role that allows you to set your own schedule and choose the cases you take on. As a home-visit professional, you’ll deliver exceptional care in a familiar and relaxed environment for pets, making a real difference to both pets and their owners.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver routine consultations, vaccinations, preventive care, and treatments in clients’ homes.
• Work independently to provide high-quality care, while collaborating with VetNearHome for logistical support.
• Educate pet owners on health and wellness, including preventive care and post-treatment advice.
• Use diagnostic tools, with kits delivered directly to your home by Axiom Labs.
• Refer complex or emergency cases to trusted care providers, including Vets Now Manchester, Emergency Home Vet, and Wolfe Vets.
What We Offer:
• Flexibility: Work when it suits you—set your own hours and appointments.
• Fair Pay: £70 per 30-minute vet appointment, £30 per 30-minute nurse appointment (appointments are flexible and do not need to last the full 30 minutes).
• Full Support: Access to diagnostic tools, equipment, and medications through our offices in New Malden (London) and Macclesfield (Manchester).
• Trusted Backup: Hospitalisation and emergency services are handled by our care partners, Wolfe Vets and Emergency Home Vet, so you can focus on primary care.
• Mental Health Resources: Access to counselling through our partnership with Jayne Differ Counselling.

About You:
• RCVS-registered Veterinarian or Veterinary Nurse.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to pet care.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a mobile role.
• Confident engaging with pet owners and working in home environments.
• Experience in mobile or home care services is a plus, but not essential.
