We are seeking a Locum Veterinary Surgeon to join our team on a long-term basis starting in November 2024. The ideal candidate will be confident in handling a variety of cases and comfortable with both consultations and theatre work.

Job Description:
As a Locum Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a vital role in providing excellent veterinary care in our busy practice. You will handle a mix of consults and theatre work, with some sole charge responsibility. We are looking for a vet who is confident, adaptable, and able to provide high-quality service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a mix of routine consultations and surgical procedures.
- Provide high-quality medical care and treatment for pets.
- Work independently during sole charge shifts when required.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Build rapport with clients, offering advice and information regarding pet health and treatments.
Working Hours:
- 4 days per week.
- Shifts: 9am - 7pm.
Requirements:
- MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon.
- Experience in both consultations and surgical procedures.
- Ability to work sole charge when needed.
- Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude.
Remuneration:
- £450 per day.
