🔍 The Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring everything runs efficiently and in alignment with the clinic’s commitment to delivering exceptional care. You’ll support both clinical and non-clinical teams, take ownership of administrative functions, and work closely with leadership to enhance the client and team experience.

- Proven experience in a veterinary Practice Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong team management and people leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with veterinary practice management software
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Lead, manage and support both clinical and admin staff
- Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations, protocols, and safety standards
- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Monitor clinic performance and manage budgets
- Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns professionally
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment for all staff
