We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious individual to join this stunning site as a Practice manager.
This is a suitable role for a current Practice Manager, a Head Nurse looking to move to non-clinical or a Head Receptionist looking to take the next step. This is not essential but it's hugely beneficial.
The business model is designed to ensure an exceptional experience for the clinical team and the clients/patients who walk through the door.
Hours:
This is a full-time role over 5 days with occasional weekend support required.
You / Responsibilities:
As Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning for both staff and clients.
You will manage scheduling, budgeting, and a team of veterinary professionals.
Your role is key in fostering a positive, compassionate work environment, building client relationships and maintaining high standards of care.
Strong leadership, organisational skills, and a passion for animal welfare is essential. Help the team create a thriving, welcoming space for both pets and people.
