We have an exciting opportuntiy for an experienced Practice Manager to step up into this Hospital Manager role in West Sussex. You're role will be there to help develop the commercial performance and success of an already busy hospital whilst continuing to deliver exceptional, personalised continuity of care to their patients.

About you
Youll be an experienced practice manager with practical experience in a clinical environment and have a
RCVS qualification. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience and is familiar with working
towards commercial KPIs and leading a stable and consistent team.

Rota
5-days week, 8 hour working shifts (expected to be on-site in Storrington), totalling 40 hours. 1 hour lunch
break. Requirement to join an on-call rota to support the night service as required in collaboration with
others.
Salary
£36,000 to £40,000+ pa depending on level of experience/qualifications/other supporting factors.
