My client is seeking an enthusiastic full-time Veterinary Receptionist to join their independent veterinary clinic. This brand-new practice is set to open in 2025. This role is ideal for animal lovers with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Handle phone and email enquiries, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
- Assist clients with booking details, explain treatment plans, and provide follow-up care information.
- Maintain a tidy reception area, manage client records confidentially, and process payments accurately.
- Work closely with veterinarians, nurses, and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Address client concerns promptly and propose solutions to improve service and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- Veterinary experience preferred
- Passionate about animal welfare.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Capable of multitasking with attention to detail.
- Comfortable using scheduling software and digital records.
- Cooperative, with a willingness to support colleagues.
- Energetic and solution-oriented, able to handle challenges with ease.
