We're excited to advertise this role on behalf of our client – a modern, independent veterinary clinic where providing exceptional care to pets and their owners is at the heart of everything they do.
What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for both pets and their owners.
Your day-to-day will include:
🐾 Greeting clients with a smile – making sure pets and owners feel at ease from the moment they arrive
📞 Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and managing email enquiries
💻 Scheduling appointments and sending reminders
💬 Providing helpful information about services and treatments
💪 Supporting the clinical team to ensure the smooth running of the practice
💳 Taking payments and handling client accounts with accuracy
What We're Looking For
🌟 Excellent communication and customer service skills
🐶 A genuine love for animals
🗂️ Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
☎️ Confident handling phone and email enquiries
💪 Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
🤝 A friendly, positive attitude and a passion for helping people
Previous experience in a receptionist or client care role is desirable, but not essential – a great attitude and a love for animals is what matters most!
