JR is on the lookout for a Veterinary Nurse who is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care to both patients and clients whilst working alongside a supportive and close-knit team who take immense pride in providing a quality of care that’s rare to find. This team values kindness, honesty, fairness and fun. You will be working alongside a compassionate team of two vets, four nurses, one student nurse, and three receptionists, all bringing a wealth of experience and qualifications who beyond routine consultations and surgeries, offer orthopaedic procedures (hip replacements, fracture repairs, knee surgeries), endoscopy, arthroscopy, digital X-rays, ultrasound, in-house laboratory services, and nurse-led consultations and clinics. This is a modern, spacious and air-conditioned clinic conveniently located just a short distance from the M1.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Conduct nurse-led clinics.
- Mentor and support student nurses.
- Deliver exceptional patient and client care.
- Support vets in both routine and advanced procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient clinical environment.
This is a Part-Time, Fixed Term role working 25 hours a week with 1:4 weekends (9am – 5pm Saturday and 1pm – 5pm Sunday). However, our client can be flexible with the Rota to suit your needs so please do let us know your preferences.
