If you are an enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to join a warm and friendly team, then our client’s practice in Reading would love to hear from you!
Our client is offering a full time Maternity cover position initially for 6 months but with a view to possible permanent for the right candidate. You will be working 40 hours per week, and 1 in 6 weekends with no OOHs!

Our client’s practice is based near a busy retail centre with easy access to Reading centre. Our client’s great location means they benefit from a good variety of cases and a superb loyal client base. The well-equipped surgery is purpose-built to industry-leading standards and includes digital x-ray dental machine and a fully equipped operating theatre.
The Team:
You will be joining our team of 3 Vets, 2 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 3 VCAs and 4 Receptionists. Our client’s Veterinary Surgeon and Practice Owner has been in the industry over 15 years and offers a welcoming and supportive environment.
Job Highlights
- Start date – June 2024 – September 2024.
- 6 months maternity cover initially with a view to permanent .
- Competitive salary starting at £28,000 (dependent on experience).
- Weekends are 1 in 6 and no OOH.
