A thriving independent small animal practice in Bristol is seeking a Head Veterinary Nurse to drive clinical excellence, team development, and patient care. Your Role:
- Oversee and support a skilled team of 3 RVNs, 1 student nurse, and 2 VCAs.
- Work closely with the Practice Manager to ensure the practice runs smoothly.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the nursing team while maintaining high clinical standards.
- Play a hands-on role in patient care, nurse consultations, and in-patient monitoring.
