About The Role
Our client is an independent practice that is looking for nurses to join their team.
Responsibilities
Your role will involve providing medical and surgical management for various ocular diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, uveitis and much more. You will support and prepare patients for surgeries and other procedures including gonioscopy, ocular ultrasound, and electroretinography.
The Rota
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, comprising of 4 x 10-hour shifts including one hour paid lunch. You will also be on call for the Ophthalmology service 1 in 5 weekends and as part of the shared bank holiday rota.
Ideal Candidate
The candidate will be an RCVS registered nurse who is passionate and has a good understanding of Ophthalmology.
