You'll play a pivotal role in managing our talented nursing team, delivering exceptional patient care while fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing the nursing team to ensure high clinical standards.
- Collaborating with vets and support staff to deliver tailored patient care plans.
- Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring protocols are followed.
- Managing medical supplies and equipment inventory.
- Promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Staying at the forefront of veterinary advancements through ongoing training and CPD.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience as a Head Nurse or Senior RVN in a veterinary practice.
✅ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
