About The Role
Our client is looking for a referral RVN to join their hospital.
Duties
As a dedicated RVN, you will be rotated within Theatre nursing, Ward patient care and Prep nursing. You will get exposure to caring for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.
The Rota
This exciting position is a full-time role, working a 40-hour week over 4 days, on a rotating shift pattern alongside a 1 in 4 weekend rota, including bank holidays.
The Team
They have a vibrant and friendly nursing team that has exceptional knowledge and experience which allows for an excellent working environment, with plenty of support and development (full induction and training provided).
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you must be dynamic, well organised with high attention to detail. You must be able to show empathy and work in a fast-paced environment, whilst demonstrating exemplary teamwork skills. Above all, you must be passionate about providing a high standard and quality of care to your patients and clients.
