Our client is seeking a Clinical Coach or an RVN who has experience in supporting SVN’s to join their friendly and supportive team. This clinic offers an easy-going environment, where you will be working alongside an experienced veterinary surgeon and a dedicated support team. The facilities include two consultation rooms, a preparation room, theatre, x-ray and dental rooms, as well as routinely carrying out orthopaedic and endodontic work alongside general day-to-day patient and client care services. This role offers plenty of opportunities for career growth and experience in professional excellence and is ideal for a talented Veterinary Nurse who is passionate about making a positive impact through their work and wants to advance their career in a supportive and growing community.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Deliver outstanding care to patients, clients, and colleagues.
- Assist with surgeries and procedures, managing pre- and post-procedure activities.
- Conduct nurse-led appointments.
- Monitor and care for patients, handle admissions and discharges, and manage patient transfers to out-of-hours or enhanced care.
- Dispense and check medications.
- Hold briefings to ensure effective practice operations.
- Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional care to patients and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to use coaching and influencing skills to enhance team performance.
- Excellent communication skills.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role and offers a salary up to £30,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
