About The Role
The role is a mixture of clinical and management duties in a full-time position although the practice can be flexible with working hours, as a work/life balance is important to them. There is no out-of-hours and only a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota.
Key Skills required:
Ability to take a strategic view of the practice development. Demonstrate leadership behaviours consistently. Manage own time and workload effectively.
Ability and knowledge to manage customer complaints in the first instance, be responsible for complaints until resolved or a manager becomes available to manage a complaint to resolution.
Depth & breadth of knowledge and practical experience across small animal general or referral practice. Track record of leading small teams and delivering objectives.

A well-established 100% small animal Practice in the west end of Edinburgh with a lovely client base and with easy access to the amenities of the city, lovely shops, cafes and the surrounding countryside. This nurse-training Practice has been established for many years and has a great reputation in the area. They have digital radiography, including dental, flexible endoscopy, laboratory services, an in-house physiotherapy service and much more.
