About The Role
Our client is looking for a Clinical Lead RVN to join and lead their team of nurses.
Responsibility
The Lead Education Nurse role is key to the business's ability to provide a high level of clinical standards. The Lead Education Nurse will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the profitability and further growth of the practice. Working enthusiastically with your team you will help maintain a happy, efficient working environment whilst providing outstanding patient and client care.
The Rota
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. You will be working a mixture of early and late shifts Monday - Friday with 1 in 6 weekends.
Ideal Candidate
They are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse with ideally two years post-qualification experience to join their team and help their practice grow. As an ideal candidate, you would have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and be able to work comfortably with autonomy in a small but growing practice.
