About The Role
Our client is looking for a Clinical Lead RVN to join and lead their team of nurses.
Responsibility
The Clinical Lead Nurse will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the profitability and further growth of the practice. Working enthusiastically with your team you will help maintain a happy, efficient working environment whilst providing outstanding patient and client care.
The Rota
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. You will be working a mixture of early and late shifts Monday - Friday with 1 in 6 weekends.
Ideal Candidate
As an ideal candidate, you would have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and able to work comfortably with autonomy in a small but growing practice.
