We are on the lookout for a friendly and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) who is passionate about delivering top-tier care to their patients and clients. This role is ideal for both newly or recently qualified RVNs as well as experienced candidates, you will be provided with comprehensive training support and exposure to first opinion and referral cases. This role also offers a wide range of experience at multiple locations including a highly prestigious RCVS Small Animal Hospital Accredited Hospital renowned for their commitment to gold standard care and service. With a rich history and deep Glasgow roots, this team are passionate animal lovers dedicated to providing the most up-to-date facilities and treatments while adhering to traditional values of Glasgow veterinary care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Conduct Nurse consultations
- Administer Anaesthesia
- Perform Lab work
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) Qualification
- Keen interest in all aspects of first opinion work
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and confident demeanor
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 8 hour shifts 9am – 6pm/10am – 7pm.
