We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a dedicated small animal practice near Southampton.
This is a permanent position, working 40 hours a week over 4/5 days with 1 in 4 Saturdays and no OOHs.
This is a varied role which will cover a mixture of nurse consults and care of inpatients as well as assisting with any emergency surgical procedures. This role is for 1 Saturday morning a month to work alongside a Vet, Receptionist and a second RVN.
This is a single-site practice with an array of equipment from in-house laboratory machines, digital X-ray, E.C.G, capnography, blood pressure and ultrasound machines.
The experienced team of 5 Veterinary Surgeons includes a certificate holder in surgery who is keen to support those with the same interest. There are 8 RVNs who have all been trained and then qualified whilst at the practice. Career progression is important to the practice, with heaps of opportunities.
