The Role
Our client is looking for a Lead RVN to join their team of nurses and provide high levels of clinical standards.
Duties/Responsibilities
The Lead Nurse will ensure that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support the profitability and further growth of the practice. Working enthusiastically with your team you will help maintain a happy, efficient working environment whilst providing outstanding patient and client care.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years post RVN registration and have experience in leading and mentoring a team. You will have a good understanding of the RCVS code of conduct, confidence in the use of IT packages, email and online internet browsers as well as the knowledge of SVN training processes and work-based assessment tools.
The Rota
This is a full-time role, where the hours and shifts are to be discussed upon application as there is a degree of flexibility to them.
