About The Role
Tempus Recruitment is working with a practice based in Ashford who are looking for a Lead Theatre RVN to join their team of theatre nurses.
Duties
You will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager and other lead nurses to implement, and continually improve, a procedure plan that supports efficiency and an excellent patient journey. You'll support the team to undertake tasks such as consistent ASA scoring, completion of a surgical safety checklist and the introduction of lower flow anaesthesia as standard.
The Rota
This is a full-time role working an average of 40.78 hours per week. In addition, you will work 2 in 9 Saturday shifts.
