Are you a proactive and experienced Veterinary Nurse with a commitment to delivering exceptional standards of care? My client is seeking a Lead Veterinary Nurse to join their friendly and dedicated team.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a nurse with a gentle, empathetic nature who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoying theatre work is a bonus. Working closely with the management team, you’ll help implement and improve procedures to ensure an efficient workflow and an excellent patient journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Team Development: Fully utilising the skills of nurses and patient care assistants by enhancing team knowledge and encouraging CPD.
- Auditing: Conducting regular audits, sharing results with the senior leadership team, and making improvements where needed.
- Leading the team to maintain high standards of patient care.
This is a full-time position with a shared Saturday rota and no OOH commitments.
