A well-established SA Practice based in the Sevenoaks district are recruiting for a new RVN to join their close-knit team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Hours:
32 hours over a 4 day week with Saturdays on a shared rota. They may be occasional on-call backup cover at weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Nursing various species, including cats, dogs, and small animals.
- Undertaking nursing duties in theatre, hospital, nurse consultations, and euthanasia, as directed.
- Administering treatments, such as injections, medication, fluid therapy, dressing, first aid, euthanasia, and minor surgical procedures where permitted.
- Running in-house lab diagnostic tests and recording results, packaging lab samples for posting.
- Dispensing drugs per professional guidelines and hospital rules.
- Monitoring and restocking consulting rooms, hospital, theatre, and imaging suite as directed.
- Undertaking continuing professional and personal development associated with the role.
- Being involved in developing the team as a nurse training practice.
- Qualifying and practising as a clinical coach.
Package:
Salary of up to £31,000 per annum on offer, Unlimited CPD allowance plus much more.
