The Role
Our client is an independent practice looking for a Head RVN to join their growing two-year-old practice which provides exceptional levels of veterinary professional care.
About The Practice
The practice is looking for a candidate who shares their passion for providing the best care for their pet patients and their families, to help continue to provide excellent animal care.
Duties
In this role you will be involved in ensuring the smooth operation of the day-to-day running in all clinical areas, managing and getting the best out of an established team, clinical coaching, maintaining standards to a high level as well as working with RVNs, SVNs, PCAs and a reception team.
The Rota
The practice is looking for 40 hours, the shifts are 9 am - 5 pm, as well as 1:3 Saturdays (9 am - 1 pm). However, they can be flexible on the working hours for the right candidate.
Facilities/Equipment
With the practice being fully equipped and well established it opens development opportunities which the practice fully supports as they are a training practice. So an interest in supporting students and clinical supervisors or mentoring experience would be supported.
