About The Role
Our client is looking for an RVN to join their small animal practice.
Duties
The role will involve all aspects of nursing as well as the day-to-day running of the practice. The position would provide you with the opportunity to develop nursing clinics and to use your initiative to promote new ideas, share best practices and support and develop student nurses. This role will require undertaking more responsibilities but with the full support of your friendly experienced vets and the nursing team
Training/Support
All their head nurses are provided with dedicated support from their head office, managing your rota, health and safety, marketing and much more are taken care of. While there are still admin duties involved in your role, this support will allow you to spend more time managing your team and doing what you love, nursing!
The Team
They currently have a team of 9 including three Vets and two RVNs who are all extremely friendly, making it a very positive work environment.
The Rota
This role will be a 40-hour week with a mix of early and late shifts, 1:6 weekends with time back in lieu.
