Our client's veterinary practice is preparing for an exciting transformation, with plans underway for a refurbishment and expansion within the next 9 months. They are currently in the planning stages and are eager to enhance their team by welcoming an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse. As our client’s practice continues to grow, they are actively seeking an experienced New Graduate Nurse or Veterinary Nurse to join their dynamic team, either on a full-time or part-time basis. The role encompasses a range of nurse duties, including anaesthetic monitoring, inpatient care, nurse consults, radiography, ultrasonography, ordering supplies, and assisting with procedures. There is also the opportunity to be involved in schedule 3 procedures.

 

The successful candidate will work alongside a current team of 4 vets (including one with a certificate in small animal medicine) and 4 nurses, as well as their fantastic practice manager and front-of-house team. The team will continue to expand as they recruit for the upcoming expansion. Our client’s practice not only care for cats, dogs, and rabbits but also see a variety of exotic cases, with one of their vets studying for a certificate in exotic animal medicine.

 

They are seeking a motivated individual with a positive attitude who can work well independently as well as part of a team within their busy practice. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering clinical excellence are essential.
