About The Role
Our client is looking for a Head RVN to join thier nursing team at their branch practice.

They have a diverse and varied caseload, and their facilities are fully equipped to handle the services they provide. The practice includes digital X-ray and digital dental X-ray services, a wide range of surgical equipment, and modern dental and laboratory equipment.
The Rota
This is a full time role working 42 hours per week and 1 in 6 weekends.
Responsibilities
The Lead Nurse role is crucial to their business's ability to provide patients with the highest level of clinical care and will ensure that clinical standards & nursing care are aligned supporting the patient journey. The Lead Nurse will work closely with the clinicians and their team to cultivate a positive work environment and foster the practice's growth.
Duties
Lead Nurse responsibilities will include the running of the surgical team. The role will primarily focus on clinical duties, allowing protected time for leadership and administrative tasks that form part of the role.
Ideal Candidate
To apply for this role you will ideally have 2 years post-qualification experience to join their team as a lead nurse. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and able to work comfortably with autonomy in a small but growing practice.
