About The Role
Our client is looking for an RVN to join their team on a full-time basis.
About The Practice
The practice is well established with several branches around London covering all of their patients. They have a fantastic reputation with their clients and pride themselves on delivering excellent care to all of their clients and patients. The practice has a prime location with cafes, green spaces and independent shops a short walk away.
The Team
They are a 3–vet practice and have vets working towards post-graduate certificates in surgery and diagnostic imaging. This allows them to carry out a high level of diagnostic procedures, as well as perform complex soft tissue surgeries and orthopaedics on-site. This creates a rewarding and interesting clinical environment for the nursing team.
Duties
Their nurses are highly valued and have strong input into the nursing care of all patients. They can utilise their skills in managing in-patients, conducting nurse-led clinics, undertaking Schedule 3 procedures, monitoring anaesthesia, assisting with surgeries and carrying out all associated peri-operative care.
Ideal Candidate
This role would suit an RVN wishing to join a talented, inclusive clinical team who supports each other and genuinely enjoys working together. It would also suit somebody who is keen to develop their learning and skill set as the practice encourages vast amounts of CPD. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year post-qualification experience. A clinical coaching qualification would be fantastic, however, encouragement and training would be given to those without previous coaching.
