About The Role
Our client is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team.

The Team
The veterinary team have a range of experience levels and their Lead Vet ensures that everyone shares in exciting caseload and experiences, which creates a winning culture and means we excel in any targets given to us.

Facilities/Equipment
They have a fantastic client base with many insured clients, the practice performs multiple laparoscopic procedures on a daily basis and has an amazing array of equipment including an ultrasound machine, digital X-ray including dental X-ray, in-house haematology, biochemistry and urinalysis machines, and rigid and flexible endoscopy.

The Rota
This role works to 43 hours a week with a mix of early and late shifts, 1:6 weekends with time back in lieu.

In this highly rewarding and fulfilling role, you'll work closely with vets in practice, performing essential nursing duties and ensuring our patients have everything they need. As an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse, you can even help shape the next generation as a Clinical Coach, using your knowledge and skills to help train and support nurses of the future.

Duties
Some of the responsibilities of the role are: Consistently delivering exceptional care to your clients, supporting them with surgeries and procedures, completing all pre and post-procedure activity, carring out nurse-led appointments and scheduling 3 activities, delivering patient monitoring and care and managing admissions and discharges as directed by the Veterinary team.

Ideal Candidate 
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be a strong communicator. They will also be confident and have leadership abilities, they must be committed to animal welfare.
