About The Role
Our client is looking for a Senior RVN to join their team on a full-time basis.
The Team
You will be working alongside a bubbly and compassionate team including a student nurse, nursing assistant and experienced vets, who have a passion for building strong bonds with their loyal client base.
Training/Support
Training and career progression are important to them at Tooting, so they are looking for someone happy to be a clinical coach to support junior team members in their development to become a veterinary nurse while being able to develop their own skills at the same time. Full training and allowance will be provided if you have no prior coaching experience.
The Rota
This 40-hourly week role is inclusive of a 1:3 branch Saturday morning and 1:10 Sunday rotation at Stone Lion Hospital. You will also help support the hospital on 1 bank holiday per year, with time back in lieu.
Duties
They don’t expect people to cover huge areas, and you will work closely with their locum coordinator teams to work out which clinics are accessible to you. Although a float position, you will be fully supported by our experienced regional managers.
