Are you a Head RVN or looking to step in to a head RVN position but struggling to weigh up if you want to do more admin and less clinical work? If so, I believe this might be a perfect role for you, with a practice manager and three partners to take on most of the admin for this hospital; you can spend most of your time doing clinical work and leading the nurse team from the front.
The hospital is equipped with complex ultrasound, laparoscopic stack system, endoscope, full in-house lab, separate dog and cat wards, isolation area, and two operating theatres with expansion plans for the future.
To support your work-life balance you are guaranteed a 4-day week with 1 in 6 weekends. Salary is between £35k to £40k as well as these benefits:
