My client in Norfolk is looking for a Deputy Head Nurse to join their team:
About them:
They have a supportive, experienced team with certificate holders in surgery and ophthalmology and two Vets studying for certificates. They have ultrasound, digital x-ray, endoscopy, tonometry, slit lamp, gonioscope, tonometry, orthopaedic kit, multi parameter units for theatre and full in-house lab. They also have 2 mental health first aiders in our team in practice.

About you
They are looking for an RVN that has been qualified for a minimum of 4 years and ideally with some previous skills and knowledge in leading a team. You will be the line manager for all the SVNs and VCAs carrying out regular 1:1 meetings and appraisals. You will work alongside their Head Nurse and their Practice Development Manager to help with training of the SVNs and organising CPD for the team.
Other daily tasks may include Rota Management, Holiday Request, Weekly Management Meetings alongside working as an RVN carrying out hospital care, operations, nursing consults and all other nursing duties.
