We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Head Nurse to lead and inspire the nursing team at our client’s well-established small animal practice in Leyton. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of clinical activities, overseeing nurse consultations, managing anaesthesia, and supporting both the Clinical Director and Practice Manager. You'll also be key in the ongoing development of the nursing team, from managing the rota to nurturing their professional growth.
Our client’s practice is committed to fostering a positive and supportive work environment, encouraging both individual and team development. CPD requests are welcomed, and they’re happy to support nurses looking to pursue certifications or enhance their skills, including conducting Schedule 3 procedures.
About the Role:
- Full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts between 7:45 am and 7:30 pm
- 1:4 Saturday morning rota
- No OOH or Sunday work
** Part-time and flexible working requests are also happily considered, ensuring the role can work for you.
