Are you looking for a Senior Leadership role? JR is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager to join their team within a 24-Hour Hospital. This role includes a range of responsibilities including overseeing the RVN, SVN and PCA Teams, ensuring high standards and smooth operations in a busy 24-hour primary care hospital. You will exhibit excellent clinical and cultural behaviours, nurturing the nursing team with empathy, patience, clarity, and consistency as well as balance clinical and administrative tasks, support the clinical team, and delegate responsibilities effectively to lead nurses. This role offers the opportunity to serve as the nursing voice within the Senior Leadership Team, managing complex and changing workloads within tight timescales. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years practice experience and at least 1 year of leadership or line management experience. This role offers a high degree of flexibility for the right candidate and the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time role working 42 hours per week and provides a flexible pattern to suit your needs. There are No Weekend or OOH requirements.
