We’re working with a long-established, independent practice in North London that’s proudly served its community since 2002 — and they’re now on the lookout for a Head Nurse to lead their talented nursing team.

🐾 Why This Practice?
This is a team that combines 50+ years of clinical experience with a genuinely friendly, down-to-earth ethos. The practice is RCVS accredited and operates as a training centre, which means teaching, learning, and development are always at the forefront.
You’ll be leading a team of skilled and passionate RVNs, all qualified to Level 3 or Degree level, with a shared commitment to delivering consistently high standards of care.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and mentoring a small but highly skilled nursing team
- Overseeing daily clinical operations and nurse rota coordination
- Supporting the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care
- Encouraging and delivering CPD and supporting student nurses
- Ensuring protocols and clinical standards are upheld across the board
- Working closely with the clinical director and wider team to continue developing the practice
👤 What We’re Looking For
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with leadership experience or ready for that next step
- Confident in all aspects of nursing – consults, theatre, inpatient care
- Passionate about mentoring and developing others
- Organised, proactive, and a great communicator
- A team-first mindset and a genuine love for what you do
