Our client currently has positions available for full-time and part-time permanent Registered Veterinary Nurses to join their friendly nursing team at their 24-hour hospital. This team pride themselves on offering a high standard of patient care to all animals and patients. The clinic is a well-equipped, RCVS accredited hospital with a forward-thinking and supportive team who are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy using their nursing skills across various areas, including Theatre, In-Patient Care and Nursing Clinics. You will have access to fantastic facilities including Laparoscopic Surgery, Endoscopy, Dental X-Ray, CT Machine and an array of Monitoring Equipment. This team perform a full range of orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeries and have busy inpatient wards and full clinics and a nursing team involved in various cases, offering significant opportunities to scrub into Theatre, perform complex Anaesthetics, assist with Medical Investigations, provide In-Patient Care and conduct Nurse Clinic Appointments. This clinic supports all staff members with opportunities for further development once qualified.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Acquired good experience in veterinary nursing.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to be an effective team player who can also use their own initiative when required.
These are Permanent, Full or Part-Time roles working 40 hours a week (Full-Time) or 2 days a week (Part-Time) both roles require 1:4 weekends (supported) and a Full driving licence is essential.
