Are you a passionate and proactive RVN looking for an exciting role in a thriving, modern veterinary hospital? This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a leading practice, equipped with cutting-edge facilities, and be part of a dedicated and friendly team.
This full-time role is 40 hours per week over 4 days, with 1:6 weekends and 2-3 weeks on-call per year.
Located in a picturesque town on the edge of the Cotswolds, this state-of-the-art, recently extended and refurbished practice offers an exceptional working environment, including:

Key Responsibilities:
🐾 Deliver exceptional patient care in all aspects of nursing
🐾 Support surgical procedures, monitoring anaesthesia & post-operative care
🐾 Lead nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures
🐾 Manage admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
🐾 Dispense and check medications with precision
🐾 Inspire and mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and supporting their growth
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse
🔹 Experience in delivering high-quality patient & client care
🔹 Confident leader who enjoys mentoring and inspiring others
🔹 Ability to implement and enhance nurse-led clinics & consultations
🔹 Passionate about teamwork and committed to professional development
