About The Role
Our client is looking for an RVN to join their team at their independent first-opinion mixed practice based in South Oxfordshire.
Practice Details
As an expanding practice, they are developing a career pathway for their nursing team and welcome applications from nurses of all levels, keen to join their supportive environment. There are plenty of opportunities available to expand your experience and skills, working with their veterinary team and directly with their clients, supporting them with animal care through their nurse clinics.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, hardworking, kind, and compassionate. You should be able to work well as part of a team and individually and be keen to provide a great service to all of your patients and clients.
Training/Support
They are a training practice with a great team of students so a clinical coach qualification would be an advantage but not essential as training can be provided. They support and encourage CPD and areas of interest, including opportunities for moving into leadership roles within the team.
The Rota
The role is full-time, 40 hours per week (including some nights and weekends on a rota basis with time off in lieu). Part-time may be considered.
Candidate Requirements
A full driving licence is essential to work across all of their practices.
