We’re seeking an experienced Senior RVN to join our clients fantastic Tooting team. Located in a vibrant, community-focused market town south of the river, this first-opinion clinic has been a cornerstone of exceptional patient care for many years.
This role is perfect for an RVN with a few years of experience, ready to take the next step in their career, leading and supporting a dedicated team while fostering strong client relationships.
You’ll work with a skilled, bubbly, and compassionate team committed to maintaining the clinic’s high standards of care while building a supportive and inclusive workplace.
We’re looking for an RVN who:
- Has 2+ years of experience and is ready to step into a leadership role
- Enjoys collaborating with a compassionate and supportive team of student nurses, nursing assistants, and experienced vets
- Is passionate about client and patient care, building lasting relationships with a loyal community
- Is keen to grow their own skills while supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Experience as a clinical coach is welcome, but not required—full training and an allowance will be provided to help you develop in this area.
** Competitive Salary: £33,000 - £37,000, with growth opportunities
