We're searching for a Head Veterinary Nurse to help shape the future of a brand-new, independent veterinary clinic β with a fresh approach to pet care that blends cutting-edge technology with exceptional clinical standards. As Head Nurse, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the clinic, leading a talented nursing team while ensuring the highest levels of patient care and client experience. What You'll Be Doing:
𦴠Leading, mentoring, and developing the nursing team
π Overseeing daily clinical operations and ensuring best practice protocols are followed
βοΈ Managing the maintenance and stock control of medical equipment and supplies
π Collaborating with vets and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care plans
π Organising in-house CPD and supporting ongoing nurse development
π¬ Running nurse-led clinics and promoting preventative healthcare
π€ Fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment
What We're Looking For:
β Proven experience as a Head Nurse or Senior RVN in a veterinary setting
β Exceptional leadership and team management skills
β Strong knowledge of veterinary nursing practices, procedures, and protocols
β Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
β Excellent communication and client care abilities
β Comfortable working with bespoke veterinary technology
β Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
