Salary: £32,000–£40,000 per year (DOE)

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Deliver exceptional patient and client care, supporting surgeries and nurse-led appointments.
- Promote and manage Schedule 3 surgeries and patient monitoring.
- Manage admissions, discharges, and patient transfers.
- Dispense and check medications with precision.
- Inspire and coach your team to achieve their best while sharing best practices across the wider community.
About You:
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with a proven track record of delivering outstanding care.
- Confident in leading and managing a team, with strong communication and coaching skills.
- Passionate about implementing progressive clinical standards and developing nurse-led initiatives.
