We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our clients team as a Clinical Nursing Manager (CNM). This position offers a fixed term opportunity for 12 months.
About Our Client:
Our client is a thriving small animal first opinion practice situated in tWest Suffolk. With a dedicated team comprising 7 RVNs, 4 Veterinary Surgeons, and 5 Client Care colleagues, they work collaboratively with in-house specialists, including a cardiologist, ophthalmologist, and orthopaedic surgeon. As they gear up for a complete practice refurbishment slated for early 2025, this is an exciting time to join their dynamic team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced RVN with a track record in leading and managing RVN teams. While the role demands proficiency, you will receive ample support from the Clinical Director, Practice Manager, and Regional Nursing Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass both clinical and administrative duties, with a balance of 4 days of clinical activity and 1 day allocated for off-clinic tasks.
As the CNM, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high clinical standards within the practice. This entails providing strategic, professional, and operational leadership to the nursing team, advocating for nursing perspectives at senior levels. By fostering a positive and efficient working environment, you will ensure adherence to practice and group policies while delivering exceptional patient and client care.
