The Role
Tempus Recruitment are working with a client is looking for an RVN to join their warm and friendly team on a full-time basis.
The Rota
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week over 5 days with 1:5 Saturdays.
Applicants Requirements
The Lead Clinical Nurse you will possess excellent communication skills to allow effective line management of the team alongside our other Lead Nurse. A strong desire to develop nursing talent, through regular appraisals and identifying and organising appropriate learning opportunities as necessary.
Duties/Responsibilities
They are looking for someone who has an interest in anaesthesia/theatre and Wards to help oversee these areas and always looking to improve their clinical standards, look for ongoing CPD for our team, set up protocols/SOPs and always keep up to date on best practice and new opportunities.
