The Role
Tempus Recruitment are working with a corporate practice who are looking for a Practice Manager to join and manage their small animal clinic.
The Rota
This role is full time working 40 hours per week covering Monday - Friday.
Facilities/Equipment
The practice has a spacious layout and has recently undergone a refurbishment and is well equipped, with digital x-rays, modern in-house laboratory testing facilities, ultrasound, two operating theatres, and separate cat, dog and isolation wards.
Duties/Responsibilities
As part of your role being Practice Manager, you will monitor and manage client feedback, and work closely with the lead vet and regional operations director to maximise commercial performance. You will also plan the practice rotas and set the team up for success through recruitment and induction.
Applicant Requirements
The ideal candidate would be someone who has good knowledge and understanding of practice environments, ideally gained in veterinary, GP or Dental settings. You will have experience in driving strong commercial performance through effective financial management. You will also have experience in coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of every colleague.
