About The Role
Our client is an independent practice based in Surrey who are looking for a nurse to join their team.
The Team
The team are friendly, close-knit and a genuinely caring team, driven by the desire to care for pets and each other. They consist of 6 vets, 4 RVNs, 2 SVNs, 4 VCAs and 4 receptionists. They are hiring due to growth.
Facilities
They have recently been renovated and have all of the toys you would expect to see in a general practice.
Duties
They allow their nurses to take the lead, and if there is an area that they excel in or prefer then they are more than happy to run that area of the clinic; for example nurse consults, surgery ect.
The Rota
The rota rolls on a 3-week rota, 2 weeks of day shifts and then 1 week of on-call shifts. The day shifts can be flexible, however the on-call shifts are worked from your home unless they have inpatients.
