We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Head Veterinary Nurse to join our clients practice on a maternity cover basis from February to November 2025.
Key Details:
- Position Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekends: 1:3 weekend rota
- Duration: February to November
About the Team:
You will be leading a supportive and skilled team, including:
- 1 Receptionist
- 3 Veterinary Care Assistants
- 1 Student Veterinary Nurse (soon to qualify as an RVN)
The Role:
As Head Nurse, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing team, ensuring exceptional patient care and supporting the development of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified and registered RVN
- Previous leadership or Head Nurse experience is desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills
